What I see as a peoples biggest struggle in my sessions with clients,
is how difficult it is for them to overcome fear.
It seems to me that the root to all suffering comes from fear. Fear of suffering. Fear of being abandoned, fear of not being good enough, fear of failure, fear of disappointment. These fears are deeply rooted in our subconscious mind. When someone wish to achieve their biggest dreams, whatever they maybe - to find the perfect job, the perfect partner or self-love, anything one can dream of - the first step is to start taking action towards the goal they desire. But, the fear of being abandoned, fear of not being good enough starts a reaction of resistance. Our subconscious mind is such a keeper! It gets frantic and immediately starts to take control. Control is in our mind, our thoughts get information from past experiences and doesn’t have a reference in the past to get the needed counter pleasant feeling. We are programmed since childhood to use the mind instead of the heart. And fear tries always to get control over our feelings. How can we radiate self-confidence, joy or warmth when we think you are not worthy to have all that? It would be my most giving pleasure to help you to overcome your fears and be able to achieve everything you can imagine.
For that purpose I have created a blueprint with very 5 simple steps to overcome
fear. These simple steps will help you to:

6.Detach from any outcome and let it go.

"What I have learned through my work, is that People's feelings of Unworthiness is the root of Self inflicted suffering.
By learning how to Love Yourself you will start to live a Life as the Free Soul YOU truly are, shining throught and Powerfull beyond imagination."
1. You have to believe than happiness is better than suffering. You have to choose to be happy.
2. You have to understand your body, see the difference in how it feels when you are suffering and how you feel when you are happy.
3. Be aware of your thoughts. You are the one that are thinking. You choose your thoughts, is not your thoughts that choose you!
4. Choose your words carefully. We speak our reality into existance with what we are saying. So use your words carefully and talk the reality you want to have.
5. Be aware of your feelings. You can generate any feeling you want in your body. It is very simple to do that. Here it is an example: Think one sentence: “I love you”, now say it with convintion, with sadness, with joy, with rage…by doing this simple exercise you understand how easy it is with just a simple sentence to generate a huge difference in how you feel? You can step in any state of mind you choose at any given time.
6. Choose what you want to focus in life. What you focus in wil be what you attract to you into your øofe. Every one is born with a free will.
7. Be congruent in your Life. Choose how and what you want to experience and then take the necesary action to support your choice. Attend courses, be curious, choose people, circunstances an so on that will support what you want to atract into your life.
People doesn’t have the knowledge to step into their happines. They don’t have the tools that make possible to experience a real happiness in their lifes. That’s one kind of ignorance. There is also another kind of ignorance, much deeper, it is the one where people has forgotten who they really are. They judge reality from what they can sense through their physical senses: see, smell, hear or see. Without remembering that they really are an spirit in a human body.
As children people get condition to think in a certain way by their parents, society, authority, friends, family, media and so on. This condition let people think that they do not deserve happiness.
People do anything to don’t feel alienated. To have a feeling of belonging. The deepest fear is to be excluded from our system, actually it is much stronger fear than not to be loved. It is actually an instint that are based in the supervivence of the species. We do not manage to exist in our own when we are children. This fear carry on until we make a conscious decition to choose Love instead.
From death emerges the most beautiful life from a tiny seed that It was just waiting for the right moment to be reborn...
THE MIRACLE OF LIFE!!!...again nature reminds us what a wonderfull system the Universe we are part of is. A perfect system of trust, harmony, beauty, joy, hope and balance.
